Ingredients: Enriched Long-Grain Milled Rice (Rice, Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Niacin, Thiamin).

Preparation instructions: Combine 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon margarine, and 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Turn heat down, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or after cooking.

Shelf life: Estimated shelf life of 30 years. Estimate assumes storage in a cool, dry place (below 75 degrees Fahrenheit).

Serving size: 1/4 cup. Servings per container: 54.
